Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Card Shark or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Card Shark, even if Card Shark or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

User Accounts

Termination

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
